Unlike many small to mid-size management companies, N Property has access to a full-time maintenance team with an extensive skill set including multiple trades such as, but not limited to, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, cleaning, demolition, masonry, etc. All staff and vendors are fully insured and licensed, proof of which will be provided to the owners upon request. Our service providers have an average of ten years’ experience in their respective trades. This provides immediate savings to our owners as they’re paying discounted volume rates and offers peace of mind for our tenants as they always have a familiar, professional technician showing up to service their property.
Safety Evaluation
Coordinate with staff and vendors to ensure fire, sprinkler, backflow, and security systems and operational and meet licensing requirements.
RFP Preparation/Bidding
We can assist your executive team in preparing RFPs for various services and procure bids accordingly.
Preventative Maintenance
We can document inspection frequency, and complete inspections and regular property service.
