N Property Group is a property management firm with over 20 years experience servicing commercial and residential properties, managing condo/homeowner associations, and developing real estate throughout Southeast Pennsylvania. Our background includes all aspects of property management from day-to-day maintenance to leasing to minor and major capital improvements. We service over 900 units including well over 200,000 sqft of commercial property in Philadelphia, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties and we have hubs throughout the Philadelphia metro. We have concentrations in workforce apartments, student housing, and small condo associations.

Our Founders


Douglas Martindale, Founder

Douglas Martindale

With a background in technology, finance, deal analytics and accounting, Douglas Martindale, founding partner, started his full time career in real estate in 2001.  He and John began with a lawn care business and quickly began acquiring investment properties throughout Philadelphia.  This expanded to ground up new construction development and ultimately into commercial and residential property management.  Doug's focus has been on investment analysis, financial positioning, acquisition/dispositions, new construction development including condominium conversions, and corporate structuring. Doug also has a general familiarity with the law surrounding construction contracting, mechanics liens, tax strategy, zoning, and collections.


Doug is originally from Northeast Pennsylvania and completed a B.S. in Accounting and Computational Mathematics at Hillsdale College in Michigan and a M.S. in Computing Sciences at Villanova University, graduating both with honors. Doug currently serves on the board of directors and Vice President of Wonderspring, which provides early childhood learning to over 1100 students at 11 locations in the Philadelphia Area.  Prior to real estate, Doug worked in consulting at Accenture and AstraZeneca as a software systems analyst/engineer.

John Antonelli, Founder

John Antonelli

John Antonelli, Founding Partner, is responsible for portfolio operations and larger scale project management. Over the years, John's focus has been on expansion of the portfolio, where he monitors all aspects of facilities management, including maintenance, construction, capital expenditure budgeting.  John maintains large subcontractor relationships and directs our technical staff.  He targets cost saving measures to ensure profitability throughout all economic cycles.


John was previously a chief Horticultural Engineer with E.G. Rall Landscaping. He also created and owned a full service landscape contracting company, Greener Images, which he previously sold as Doug and John transitioned to a full-time role investing in real estate.


He was also born in Northeast Pennsylvania and has known Doug for over 30 years.  He is a graduate of Ornamental Horticulture at Delaware Valley College and is fluent in Spanish.

Charaine Skelton | Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Charaine

Charaine has over 15 years of real estate experience and oversees all operations at N Property Group. She has an extensive background throughout the industry with concentrations in student housing at large organizations such as Campus Advantage in Alabama and American Campus Communities in Philadelphia.  Under her direction, Charaine has seen a dramatic growth of the company and works directly with clients and staff to achieve low vacancy rates and reliable revenues.


Originally from St Thomas, Virgin Islands, she’s a proud graduate of Temple University where she received a B.S. in Biology. 

Cathia Jason | VP of Operations

Cathia

Cathia has over 15 years of experience in diverse areas in and out of real estate such as: Management, Marketing, Customer Service, Public Relations, and Qualitative Research. Originally from Haiti, she is a graduate of University of Haiti where she obtained a B.A. in Social Communication, she also received a B.S. in Psychology and a M.S. in Organizational Development & Leadership from St Joseph’s University.  Prior to joining N Property Group, she worked in various industries and large companies, such as the United Nations, Digicel and St Joseph’s University. 


At N property Group she works with homeowners, investors and tenants alike. She's responsible for our portfolio of Homeowner and Condo Associations and oversees all regulatory compliance. She is also fluent in French and Creole.

George Tsakeas | Property Manager

George has extensive experience in residential and commercial property management. With a portfolio of his own, he understands what investors need from their real estate advisors. George excels in scheduling and negotiating with contractors for maintenance and renovation projects while ensuring compliance with safety standards. George successfully ran multiple businesses including a snow and ice removal business, overseeing a crew of 6, and maintaining customer relationships. Previously, as the proprietor in the restaurant industry, George trained and supervised a team of 25 employees, managed day-to-day operations, and implemented long-term growth strategies, including social media marketing. George is skilled in conflict management, people management, property management, training, vendor management, and social media marketing.


George, a lifelong Philadelphian, resides in Bucks County with his recently expanded family.

Christine Napoli | Assistant Property Manager

Christine Napoli, Coordinator

Christine has been with the team going on five years and oversees maintenance and work order logistics.  She deploys our technicians as well as dozens of subcontractors to ensure timely and cost effective resolution to building issues and maintenance.  Christine owned and operated a successful Music and Dance school for over 20 years. She facilitated all aspects of the business including: marketing, advertising, management, sales and event planning. Additionally, and to great benefit to N Property Group, she managed and maintained over 20 residential rental units for over 20 years. She received a BA in Organizational Management from Eastern University.

Gerald Antonelli | Trades and Facilities Manager

Gerald

Gerald, the brother of our founder John, has been involved with N Property for almost 20 years. From routine maintenance to large scale renovations, he’s familiar with all trades and the regulatory and approval processes through multiple municipalities. Gerald oversees the portfolio, specifically in areas of complex technical needs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and roofing.  For larger renovations, he handles logistics, subcontractor coordination, as well as procurement and RFP responses.  He graduated from Philadelphia College of the Sciences in 2001, with honors.


When not working for N Property, he resides in Broomall, PA with his beautiful family and is an avid golfer with multiple club championships and a league president at Paxon Hollow Golf Club.  Four hole-in-ones and counting.

Shontane Massa | Tenant Relations Coordinator

Meet Shontane, our seasoned Tenant Relations Coordinator. Shontane brings a wealth of experience from her roles in Customer Service and as a Leasing Consultant. In her previous positions, she handled a high-volume call center.  Shontane's daily focus on onsite reports, property availability, and delinquency management demonstrates her commitment to operational excellence. With a keen eye for detail, Shontane also pre-screened applicants based on resident selection criteria, ensuring a seamless leasing process. Her multifaceted experience and dedication make her an invaluable asset to N Property Group.

Shania Carpenter | Leasing Specialist

Shania, a dedicated and skilled leasing agent, is a rising star in the real estate industry. Currently finishing up her BA at Temple University's Fox School of Business, she combines her academic achievements with hands-on experience as a Third-Year Cadet in ROTC. Shania's internship roles at Temple University and Amtrak in real estate have equipped her with the ability to provide valuable weekly updates, collaborate with property and development managers, and support day-to-day administrative tasks with creativity and efficiency. As a licensed real estate agent in Philadelphia, as Secretary for the NAACP Philadelphia Youth Council Chapter. Shania is poised to excel in her journey as a leasing agent, leveraging her education, military background, and diverse skill set to provide exceptional service to clients.


Milani Walker | Leasing Specialist

Milani, a committed and adaptable leasing agent, is on track to complete her BA in Political Science at Temple University. Drawing from a robust background in customer service and organizational roles, Milani has refined her skills at the Student Financial Aid Office, adeptly managing calls and addressing student concerns. Her diverse experience also includes a Non-Profit role, where she strengthened her consulting and analytical abilities, demonstrating proficiency in tasks spanning customer service to team leadership. With a solid foundation in customer service, organizational efficiency, and leadership, Milani is poised for success as a leasing agent, delivering exceptional service to clients.

Eric Stull | Major Projects

Eric

Eric has been an integral part of N Property for 15 years.  He has owned and operated a national commercial construction firm.  Eric has a comprehensive understanding of major renovation and new construction strategies in both residential and commercial applications.  An active entrepreneur personally, he oversees major student housing turnovers, larger development projects at N Property, and implements our commercial maintenance programs.  Eric is OSHA 30 and EPA Lead certified. 


Originally from Ohio, Eric graduated with honors from the University of Pittsburgh and resides in Philadelphia.  He's a competitive cyclist and will soon be starting a family with his lovely girlfriend and former client.

Angela DiLanzo | Customer Relations

Angela

Born and raised in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, Angela (“Angie”), studied at Drexel University. She’s also lived in New York City, Los Angeles, and abroad in Australia. With over a decade in customer service, five years in leasing, and three years in commercial facilities management, Angie brings a breadth of knowledge to N Property Group.
